Objective
ConnectNow required an Al-powered conversational live chat system for enterprise organizations. The primary goal is to assist by offering a web-chat platform with skills-based routing, ensuring queries are assigned to the appropriate agent at the optimal time. This system is especially beneficial in help desk settings for external customers but is also valuable for facilitating communication between departments within large organizatons.
