Objective
GetDandy aimed to enhance its customer support and communication capabilities by integrating various channels into a single, cohesive system. The challenge was to create an Omnichannel solution that provided a unified experience across 14 website and external channels (e.g. Facebook, SNIS, etc) while leveraging automation to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Solution
Our team, leveraging our proprietary chat product, developed an Omnichannel customer support system for GetDandy. This system includes a web widget for site integration and supports external platforms and channel, We incorporated automation solutions like GraphBot and Al Assistance to streamline customer interactions, ensuring consistent and effective communication across all channels. This setup allows GetDandy to efficiently manage and respond to customer inquiries, providing a superior support experience.
