The property management market in Kenya is controlled by specialized companies which charge the Landlords as a rule the commission on the rental price for their services. The companies are distributed, don’t have central management and anti-fraud capabilities.
Description
Objective
The goal was to create a cloud-based property management software from which the Landlords can easily control their properties without third parties as well as provide the maintenance service for the Tenants and automatically track their costs and status for them.
Solution
The customer already had UX designs developed, so our team started with the business analysis phase, prepared all necessary documentation and scheduled the roadmap.The solution was developed from scratch using modern frameworks on the front end and back end. After the release, we proposed the support and maintenance contract As for the challenging part the payment gateway in Kenya was a tricky integration but the team overcame all the difficulties.
