Yogora is the online marketplace for selling and booking online Yoga/fitness classes. Yogora's mission is to make the world a better place by empowering yoga teachers around the world to be able to teach yoga from home, and by creating an inspiring, educational, empowering space for yoga and other fitness students.
Description
Objective
Develop the website and mobile app that allows users: • become an online yoga/fitness Instructor, set up a storefront, schedule classes and earn money for online teaching, • find online instructors, learn details they shared on storefronts, book and attend their online classes. Yogora uses the Stripe payment system.
Solution
1. Business analysis (describe in details client's requirements, specify key features for v.1 release, itemize estimation and duration of development.
2. Design for the website and mobile app.
3. Development. It took us 3.5 months to release v.1 of the website empowered by Stripe and by Amazon as streaming engine.
